KySES's members include solar professionals, engineers, concerned citizens, educators, goatherders, lawyers, government officials and utility company representatives.       We all want to make Kentucky stronger, healthier, more productive and more secure.  Energy efficiency and renewables help Kentucky meet these goals.      Our board members and officers are listed below.

Member	Bio / Info
Jeff Auxier, Chair and Board member	Jeff resides in Louisville and is an attorney in private practice.  He has a fairly extensive background in residential building and development. He earned a B.G.S. - Science Emphasis from IUPUI and a J.D. from the University of Denver.  He served in the US Army, '86 to '90.  He works on legislative and educational activities for KYSES.
Jack Barnett, Vice-Chair and Board member	Jack holds degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clemson and Carnegie Mellon universities and has 25+ years experience in the Telecommunications industry. He's married to Dr. Mary Anne Carletta, a professor of Environmental Sciences and Biology at Georgetown College. Their home in Georgetown has solar domestic hot water and he continues to learn about solar space heating.
Denis Oudard, Treasurer and Board member	Denis is a founding member of KYSES.  He lives in Louisville and works with Solar Energy Solutions, LLC.
Nancy Givens, Board member	Nancy is Sustainability Programs Development Coordinator for the Center for Environmental Education & Sustainability at WKU. Nancy spearheaded the installation of the first small commercial grid-intertied 2-kilowatt solar installation in Bowling Green as a community demonstration project and to inspire solar energy activity in Bowling Green. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Brown University, a Master's degree in Public Health from WKU, and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Educational Leadership at WKU.
Josh Bills, Board member	Josh works with MACED in developing financing opportunities for energy reduction and renewable energy projects. A former renewable energy installation entrepreneur, Josh knows energy efficiency and renewable energy. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and experience with over 100 renewable energy installations throughout Kentucky, Haiti, and as far off as West Africa.
